2 capsules per day: one capsule in the morning with breakfast, and one capsule at midday with lunch.

Metabolism Activator contains high-dose piperine; for better absorption, we recommend splitting the intake: one capsule in the morning with breakfast, and one capsule at midday with lunch. Due to the presence of green tea, do not consume on an empty stomach.

For optimal results, it is recommended to follow this course for at least 3 consecutive months.

Must not be consumed in case of gastroduodenal ulcer, heart disorders (arrhythmia, hypertension), or hyperthyroidism.

Not recommended in case of concomitant use of sedative or sympathomimetic medications.

Contains green tea including EGCG (1.5 mg/day): a daily intake equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate is not recommended. Must not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Must not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Contains caffeine (22.8 mg/day): not recommended for children and pregnant women.

Do not consume in case of oedematous heart or kidney failure, gastroduodenal ulcer, arterial hypertension, or hyperthyroidism, gastroduodenal ulcer, heart disorders (arrhythmia, hypertension), hyperthyroidism, or in case of concomitant treatment with a Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) medication.
